Answers:
since it's a spanish tradition, you could expect typical spanish foods such as tortilla (spanish potato omelette), tapas, chorizo, spanish wedding cookies, empanadas (sweet & savory), assorted pastries, bizcocho, coca de mollitas, etc!.
they also celebrate quinceanera in latin and south america which has different food than spain!. typical food might include corn or flour tortillas, beans, tacos, burritos, mole (spicy chocolate dish from mexico)!. You can goodle any of these food items for recipes on how to make them!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

quince is celebrated in nearly all south american countries
the responces given, although thorough and perhaps the best answer to your question, refer mostly to foods served in mexican quinces!. I come from argentina and they serve all types of random foods at a quinces!. BY the way, quinceanera is referring to the birthdaygirl herself, not to the partyWww@FoodAQ@Com

it depends in what country you are celebrating it, all latin countries celebrate 15 instead of 16, they usually have food from that particular country, mine was in the Dominican Republic we had empanadas, moro(rice with peas) potato salad, pasta salad, roasted chicken and pork and a lot of stuff I dont remember but it depends on the countryWww@FoodAQ@Com
