One of the reasons why I try not to buy bean sprouts but they always sell them in big bags so it's hard not to when I love them so much!. I usually buy them when we are having Pho noodles, or for Pad Thai, but when there are many left over I finish it up with a Salad!. Simple salad with lettuce, cucumbers, some leaf mints, cooked chicken and the dressing would be sweet sauce!. I don't make my own I use the store kind!. It's not to spicy and it's thick enough to be a dressing!.

Stir fry is also good as long as you put in the bean sprouts last and don't cook it for to long!. You can also use any other meat or seafood to your liking!.

Just use it as you would any other vegetable!. They taste best when quickly cooked, but I don't see any reason why you couldn't use it for a salad or just quickly sauteed in some oil and garlic as a normal side dish of vegetables!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The best way is to stir fry them!. Here is a Indian Curried Sprouts!. Its basically a Stir fry of Sprouts and Bell Pepper with Curry spices
