Hot and spicy curry is the best but thai green and yellow curry is nice too!. I prefer my curry mild and if you ever come to Singapore, be sure to try our fish head curry!.(believe me, its delicious)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Simple Shrimp Curry
Ingredients:
2-3 lbs Shrimp
2 cans Celery soup
2 cans Cream of mushroom soup
2-3 soup cans Milk
2 stalks Celery
1 Carrot 1 Potato
1 Round onion
2-3 Tbsp Curry powder
1 can Coconut milk
Cooking Instructions:
Clean shrimp and clean vegetables!. Dice potatos, onions, carrots and slice celery!. Fry all ingredients!. Add milk, curry powder and coconut milk!. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes or until veggies are tender!. Add salt to taste!. Serve with chutney or other condiments!. Very simple, and ono!.

I'm not a fan of most indian curry dishes especially those with the yogurt, however I really love the caribbean style yellow curry which is usually hot/spicy!. I also enjoy Thai curry with coconut milk!. I love hot and spicy food so anything that gets my mouth burning is a winner in my book!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

* 2 tablespoons whole cardamom seeds, toasted
* 2 tablespoons whole coriander seeds, toasted
* 1/4 cup ground turmeric
* 1 tablespoon dry mustard
* 1 teaspoon cayenne
Directions
Place all ingredients in a container with an airtight lid!. Shake to combine!. Store in a cool dry place for up to 6 months!. When ready to use, grind and add to dishes according to taste!.

I found this REALLY nice packet cury sauce called

all you have to do is empty how much you want into a measuring jug and add water, it's mild and creamy!. Only thing is I can't remember what the shop was called because i got it on holiday, lol

I like it with a little heat, like if the restaurant has a scale of 1-5 I'll do a 2!. I like red curry with coconut milk!.

Being Indian, I have curry everyday!.!.!.which can get really boring!. But I would have to say super-spicy chicken curry is my favorite, specifically chicken makina!. It's like chicken tikka masala, if you've ever had it, but better!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
