All snakes are good to eat, some more than others!.
Rattlers will have more meat on them!. But they're also!.!.!.dangerous!.
I've had water snakes, rat snakes, and corn snakes, and they all taste pretty much the same!. Water snakes have a bit of a stronger taste, but they're all bland, until you put some seasoning on them!. Then they're great!. Grilled and served with soy or simmered in an asian-style sauce, like sesame sauce, is the best I've found!.
Just cut the head off (if you've got a poisonous snake, cut at least 2 inches down the neck to avoid the venom sacks), then skin and rinse out the guts!. Cook like chicken!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
