Answers:
based on what ive eaten:
keema nan is with lamb
peshwari nan is filled with some pistachios, almonds, and seeds of some sort (not sure which)
kashmiri nan has a bunch of nuts, sometimes coconut, and sometimes bits of dried fruit (had many different kashmiri nans-each was slightly different)

keema nan is the best in my opinion, but good luck chosing

Keema nan is usually spicy mince meat!. Peshwari is (in Goa, anyway) more sweet, with fruit and nuts, sometimes coconut!. I've never had Kashmiri nan but from what I can see it's also fruit and nuts!.
Hope that helps!. If you can, try garlic and cheese nan - the best!
