Why can't I find pounded rice in America?!
We have a small Arab store, but even in big cities I could never find it!. Can I hand pound it!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

you can find at oriental store like Thai/Malysian or Indonesian store but not chinese because this pounded rice/rice flour used at that countries!.

Get a big mortar and pestle, and have at it!. you might try a grain mill set loosely!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
You could pound it yerself!.!.!. or you could just buy rice flour, which is all "pounded rice" is!. isn't it!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
