Question: I'm new at cooking!.!.!.newlywed!.!.!.need a meal plan!.!.!?
I just started cooking about 2 months ago and doing a pretty good job - at least better than I had imagined!. The only problem is my husband is a picky eater and he enjoys fried foods!. I need to start planning new menues on what to make on a daily basis but don't know what is healthy!? Is there a particular rule to how to cook healthy or meal plans!? Choose lightly sauteed and grilled foods over ones that are deep-fried or swimming in a cream sauce!. Items that are roasted or steamed are better than ones smothered in cheese or breaded / au gratin!.

Chicken & pasta is more healthy than, say, chicken parmesan:

Cook some boneless skinless chicken breasts in a large skillet with a little oil about 4 minutes per side on medium heat!. Add one chopped onion, cook briefly and add 1 cup of chicken broth!. Cook about 3 minutes then add one jar of spaghetti sauce!. Turn heat to low, cover and let simmer until chicken is done, approximately 20 minutes!. Meanwhile, cook some pasta following directions on the box!. Drain the pasta and serve the chicken and sauce over the pasta!. Add a nice green salad and there’s a meal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
