I'm new at cooking...newlywed...need a meal plan..?!
I just started cooking about 2 months ago and doing a pretty good job - at least better than I had imagined!. The only problem is my husband is a picky eater and he enjoys fried foods!. I need to start planning new menues on what to make on a daily basis but don't know what is healthy!? Is there a particular rule to how to cook healthy or meal plans!? I don't know any suggestions are appreciated!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

This link is for healthy restaurant menu choices and you can also apply this thinking at home!.
Choose lightly sauteed and grilled foods over ones that are deep-fried or swimming in a cream sauce!. Items that are roasted or steamed are better than ones smothered in cheese or breaded / au gratin!.

Chicken & pasta is more healthy than, say, chicken parmesan:
Cook some boneless skinless chicken breasts in a large skillet with a little oil about 4 minutes per side on medium heat!. Add one chopped onion, cook briefly and add 1 cup of chicken broth!. Cook about 3 minutes then add one jar of spaghetti sauce!. Turn heat to low, cover and let simmer until chicken is done, approximately 20 minutes!. Meanwhile, cook some pasta following directions on the box!. Drain the pasta and serve the chicken and sauce over the pasta!. Add a nice green salad and there’s a meal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Congrats on the life sentence!.!.!.just kidding!! But you're new to the kitchen don't be afraid to experiment with new foods!. If there is a favorite way of cooking things don't stray but try and come up with new recipes like different seasonings or different preparations!. As far a cooking healthy the only advice I'm going to give, because I'm a big believer in cooking with lots of cream and butter!.!.!.only healthy when someone asks for it, but cooking comes from the heart! So when you do make something put you're whole heart into it and it will taste like a gourmet chef made it!! Even if you're not one!! The best ingredient is LOVE!! TC And GL!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
