If you do what side dishes are best to go with it!? We have two pigs that we can no longer afford to feed, so I am thinking of making them up special for christmas dinner, then selling the cages on craigslist!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Probably similar to fried rat!. Best served on rice pilaf, with a side of peas and pearl onions!.
Make sure you skin thoroughly, so no hair is left in dish!. Fat meat is preferable!. gut and clean like a cat!. salt meat inside and out!. rub with seasoning if preferred!. small specimens may be batter dipped and deep fried!. Larger pigs may be roasted in a pan in the oven!. The largest ones, nearly the size of a turkey may be prepared on a spit, like a large rabbit!.
