my ideas:
spanish tortilla - very easy to make, recipes all over the internet
olives (obvious really!)
falafel and hummus
patatas bravas - again, v!. easy to make
bread with olive oil and balsamic for dipping
gambas pil pil - my favourite tapas!. prawns in a chili and garlic oil!. very tasty, and easy to make!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Take a brie cheese - rind and all and broil it in a cast iron pan - make it a tight fit, so pick a small pan!.
once the brie is golden and sizzling on the edges, take it out and put on a heat resistant cutting board and serve up with some cracked wheat crackers or crusty bread!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
