Answers:
Stir fry with peanut oil!. Put in garlic and ginger first, and brown well!. Remove ginger and garlic!. The flavor is now in the oil!. When your dish is just about finished, pour in a small amount of sesame oil, just for flavoring!. Sesame is one of the delicate oils that burns easily!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The best oil for Chinese food is Peanut and Sesame period!. Vegetable doesn't give the right flavor at all, and ends up burning with a lot of heat!. That doesn't give a good flavor right!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

peanut or sunflower, sesamy is a shame, olive is a shame aswell, it wastes good oil!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
