I'm interested in starting to eat only Korean or Japanese food!. My ex-bf was Japanese and made me something with noodles and some type of liquid!. It was good, so I'm looking for SIMPLE recipes because I can't cook!. Haha!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
if you dipped the noodles into the sauce, its soba!. if the noodles inside the bowl, and theyre thick, theyre udon!. if they're the noodles you get from cup o noodles, then as you know, ramen!.

temaki-don is always easy to make!. buy some fillet tuna and cut along the seams to make bite size slabs!. after that, you cook your rice, and then put it in a bowl!. afterwards, its really up to you!. i usually mix my wasabi into my rice with a bit of soy sauce, and just eat a chopstick full of rice with a slice of tuna; it just makes me melt!.

or if you want unagi, the easiest way to prepare sushi rice is to take a giant pot with a lid and dump 2 cups of short grain rice in there!. wash it 2 - 3 times, then fill with water until it reaches an inch above the rice!. throw the lid on and cook at medium heat for about 20 - 30 minutes!. if you made it right, the rice will be sticky, but won't break apart!.

on another stove, cook about 14 tablespoons of vinegar, adding in a dash of sugar and salt, correcting the two until desired test!.

Next is the expensive part; you need an okra, which is a wooden tub!. the woods used to help absorb all the leftover vinegar so your sushi rice isn't too overpowering when it reaches its limits!. fold the vinegar mixture in the rice with a wooden ladel inside the okra ( this process can take up to 25 minutes ) !. after that, you're ready to make osushiWww@FoodAQ@Com

hmmm!.!.!.you know, I don't think you're looking for a blog!. Blogs are usually run by people who are really interested in certain things, and if it's about food or food recipes, it's going to be seriously advanced!. There's a who seperate category of blogs called "food blogs"!. I mean--you can google the words food blog japanese korean!.

But I think it'd be easier to go to youtube and put in japanese or korean cooking videos!. They have whole series made by people who want to show you how to do things!. I knwo they have a indian food one, 'cause I watch it!.

Or you can simply go to the Asian store and look in the frozen food section!. There are lots of things that you can throw in the mircowave!. :-) People in Japan and Korea use microwaves all the time!. *g*Www@FoodAQ@Com
