For the reasons listed above, for sure, but why Thursday and Sunday instead of Tuesday and Wednesday which are typically the slowest nights for restaurants!?

They are more than likely "quiet nights" most people go out Friday and Saturday, presumabley these are there busiest times, so the nights before and after will be slack !Www@FoodAQ@Com
