What is this Chinese food .... ?!
I'm asking this question for my boyfriend, not me!.!.!.!.lol!. He wants to know that kind of Chinese food is in those white take out boxes that you see people in the movies eating out of!? Lo mein is the one you see most often!. There is also Mei fun, which is a very thin rice noodle, and Chow fun which is a broad noodle!. Any of which can be made with chicken, pork, beef, shrimp, lobster or vegetables!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

**EDIT** lo mein is made with thick mushy noodles that look and taste like worms!.!.!. chow mein is made with thin noodles, lots of bean sprouts, chopped celery, slivers of carrots, sometimes mushrooms, chopped chicken, beef or chinese bbq pork are also good ingredients!. i grew up nearby the second largest china town after san fransico, so not only do i love chinese food, i've eaten a lot of the real thingWww@FoodAQ@Com
