I like both for different reasons!. I like Japanese because of the simplicity of the flavors but still having a tremendous amount of taste!. Plus I'm a big noodle + soup type of girl and I think they have this down packed!. Chinese I like because of the thick and sweet sauces that they offer which are hard to find in Japanese cuisine because they have more savory offerings!. And that's the only reason I prefer Chinese because I like more sweet, saucy dishes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

When you really want to over eat your self and get fat on sunday afternoon, Chinese is excellent choice!. But if you want to have light but nutritious lunch or dinner or snack it's Japanese, cause you don't feel full but are full of energy!
But when you home cook chinese like soups etc, that's super good!Www@FoodAQ@Com

you have to rotate!.
japanese is generally light!. chinese food has a lot of varieties!.
depends on the mood, best to rotate!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
