Question: Does anybody know if the mexican hot sauce called "valentina" vegan becuase i really don't know!.!?
Answers:
I agree with the first girl, I am a former chef from Canada, and a "chili head", I use a bottle of Jamaica style made from scotch bonnet peppers a week, and I have used the "Valentina" one made with Habeneros a few times, any hot sauce is a blended of vinegar, salt, some sort of pepper, a preservative from a plant source, some times a veggie thickener to keep from separating and vegetables like onions or carrots for body!.

Even regular Tabasco is vegan it is just salt, peppers, and vinegar, aged for months then strained off and bottled, I only know of a few made with animal or fish products and those are Asian and say it one the label, they are not hot sauces but seasonings!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ingredients: water, chili peppers, vinegar, salt, spices, 0!.1% sodium benzoate as a preservative!. Made in Mexico!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
