Aloo Ke Samose

1 INGREDIENTS
Maida 250 gms
Potatoes 250 gms
Zeera powder 1/2 tsp
Amchur powder 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Peas 100 gms
Ghee 4 tbsp
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste

2 COOKING DIRECTIONS
Mix ghee and enough water to the flour to make it into dough!.
Cover the same with a thin cloth (muslin) and keep aside!.
Boil the peas in water and drain them!.
Peel the potatoes, cut them into slices and deep fry!.
Take a bowl, mash the deep fried potatoes and mix thoroughly with zeera powder, peas, amchur powder, chilli powder, black pepper powder and salt!.
Take a small quantity of dough, roll it into a 4 to 5" round!.
Cut into half, fold each half into a cone & fill up with 1 tsp of potato masala!.
Seal the edges applying water and deep fry till golden brown!.
Serve with mint chutney and tomato sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
