well!.!.!.Venezuelan is very different from Mexican food ( no tacos or enchiladas!!)

at Christmas they eat Pastelles it's made of minced beef and pork cooked with spices and capers and olives and rasins wrapped in a corn dough which is then wrapped in the leaves of the banana tree then steamed for about 30 mins!.!.!.

they also eat pork cooked with roukou (anatoo) and rice and lots of peas and plantains!.!.

there is also a stew made of different types of meat and the juice of the manioc ( cassava) called casereep!.!.!.

there are also the arepas but that is more like street food and not something people really cook at home regularly!
