Can Calamansi be frozen whole!? If so, what's the best way to do so!? How well do they withstand the freezer and thawing out!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I was just doing a google search to see if i could find anything out for u and i came across a blog and found this in it
You can actually freeze these calamansi/calamondin’s without squeezing them out, come time to use them for condiments, just zap them in the microwave for 20-30secs and they are as good as fresh!.

I've used a great calamansi frozen puree before and it was fantastic!. As mentioed above juice the fruit first before frezzing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Like any other citrus fruit, they have a long shelf life and are probably better off juiced than frozen!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
