Question: Where can i get the asian dessert thats called "Flower Cracker"!?

I have been running in and out of every little asian food market that i can find and im having no luck!. Im looking for a place that sells this dessert!. Its an asian dessert and its called a Flower Cracker!. Its basically kind of like a deep fried ball of something that turns out crispy!. Please any suggestions will help me!. I heard through the grape vines a place in CT makes them but thats a dead end!Www@FoodAQ@Com
