I am a former chef and go to a Korean restaurant here in Toronto Canada, that does several, a red bean ice cream, a shaved ice with sweet red beans and condensed milk, and a steamed rice buns with a sweet bean paste filling!.
All I have had are great, I worked in Japan and had a love of adzuki beans before, and have liked Japanese dessert with them, the Korean ones are just as tasty, check out the one the first lady suggested to!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
