they are sometimes called sweetbreads, although properly sweetbreads are the thymus glands which are located in the neck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Rocky Mountain Oysters!. Around here in South Dakota we use bull balls more commonly than lamb!. They're pretty good!. They look and taste like chicken nuggets when fried!. They're just a little more chewy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
