Fresh baked Italian bread with seasoned olive oil drizzled on top and a simple antipasto for an appetizer!. Fresh made Fettuccine pasta and pesto sauce with basil picked right out of the back yard!. And some nice wine!.!.!. White wine, Cabernet Sauvinon, red wine, it's all good!. What matters is having it with all your family and maybe a few friends thrown in!. Mines alternative since I don't like extra thick foods!. So I thin stuff out a bit!. A individual roll of lasagna made with spinach and an egg cupped and served with with a sprinkle of basil, topped with cottage cheese and halved prawns or shrimps!. A white wine, Burrata cheese and Parmigiano-Reggiano sauce on a few thin slices of red plum tomatoes over top of some Foccacia bread made with thyme (a triangular slice set into the small dish of those)!. A tall glass of red wine (preferably from a Barbera grape)!. A side of steamed raddichio and cannoneli beans!. I'm not into desserts!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
