What food is better chinese food or japanese food???!
Answers:
there both good but japanese food is just healthier!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Like Frederic said, it's a matter of taste!. You can't just go around asking people which is "better!." How can you just assume that one kind of cuisine is better than the other!? It's incredibly ignorant of you to do so!. There are so many different kinds of food out there in the world, like there are so many languages and cultures, so you really can't think that something is better than the other 'cause most people prefer a certain kind!. What the majority thinks isn't necessarily true, right, good, and so on!. And for those of you who have answered so far, excluding Frederic ('cause his answer is the only decent, logical one that makes actual sense): your answers are embarrassing as hell!. Who do you think you all are, anyway, picking Chinese or Japanese over the other!. It's absurd!. Do you seriously think ALL Chinese cuisine is oily and fattening, and all Japanese "healthier"!? Pfffttt!
Personally I believe that questions like this one should only be answered by those who actually KNOW a thing or two about different kinds of cuisine and not some fake watered down Americanized "Asian" crap that's way too much of an embarrassment for me to describe it as being food or Asian!.
To the Asian female: No - why should anyone have to take it from you!? Your answer just plain sucks!. Who cares if you're Asian!? You think that, by mentioning that, your answer would somehow be any better!? Please!. I'm Asian, too, and can see that your answer was thought up by someone who seems to know diddly-squat about Asian cuisine, just like almost every other answer here!.
Anyway, Blazing, I totally agree with what Frederic said!. This is one of those things that you can't really ask around about and get a second opinion on, just something that you're going to have to learn more about and experience on your own!. Good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Dear Blazing Beauty:
Cuisine is a matter of taste!. Your answer will come from finding the best sources of authentic preparations of these time-tested cuisines!. Avoid most American Chinese restaurants for example!. Ask Asian Americans where they eat: most will tell you "at home!."
Both countries rely heavily on rice as a staple; everything else is secondary and must be of the best quality - cooked quickly or sometimes not at all!.
Contrary to popular belief (see other posts here), Japanese cuisine isn't healthier than the various regional Chinese fare!. Do please check out the film, "Eat Drink Man Woman" ["Yin shi nan nu"] by Ang Lee for a primer on the glories of healthful and exquisite Chinese cookery!. In the film, a famed senior chef loses the sense of taste, a symbol of the conflicts in his life with his lovely daughters!. But all returns to glory!
There are excellent cookbooks devoted to authentic Asian cooking, especially as "ruled" by the yin-yang applications to foods!. Peruse these in bookshops for your own tastes and by all means, experiment with tasting dishes at good restaurants! Just because something may sound gross doesn't mean it doesn't taste wonderful!. Often there are special, "true" dishes "off menu" and you should ask about these!. Be careful, though, as some of these are rarified dishes that are very expensive!.!.!.
Enjoy your journey through these classic cuisines!
