Answers:
i'm guessing you will be marketing this to japanese customers in japan correct!? i'm guessing cherry blossoms like roses are edible but you say they are for decor!? so it's just ice cream + strawberry sauce + 1 cherry + raspberry sauce!. i wouldn't drive across town to get one!. , see if this sounds better: take the ice cream and whip in finely chopped fruit - strawberries, cherries, or raspberries then refreeze it in serving size 6" x 6" squares, place ice cream on top of 1/2" short cake, add same fresh fruit in ice cream over the ice cream and around the sides of the short cake, use same fruit sauce over top of fruit, and a little whip cream on top, place a few cherry blossoms on whipped cream as decor!. what is the japanese word for loaded with value and fresh fruit or fruit ice cream short cake!. now i would drive across town for that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
