There are several thing!. The first is potatoes!. They're a staple of the Irish diet, and appear in a lot of foods!. The second is lamb!. It's always prepared very well there!. Mostly you'll find potatoes in stews, and lamb is good that way also!. And of course, there's the beer!. Guinness, to be exact!. It's a dark, strong beer with a complex flavor!. It's a bit of an acquired taste!. Another drink is whiskey, Jameson's to be exact!. The Irish tend to be able to hold their drink very well, so beware!
Another thing is Irish soda bread!. I've never had it, but it'd a white bread leavened with baking soda, and sometimes contains raisins!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
