Have you ever heard of a rabbit recipe called "Putach"!?
My Grandma and Aunt are 80 year old Italian/Irish women and they make this awesome rabbit stew stuff!. It has Rosemary and other stuff with Rice in it!. I can't find it anywhere!. It's pronounced "Po-tak!." Its either Italian or Irish in origin!. Has any one ever heard of this!? Do you have a recipe!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

while I found many rabbit stews which include rosemary and rice, I never did find one named Putach or anything like it!. use google to find recipes for rabbit stew and choose one close to what you remember!.

do you mean polenta the dish is an old italian dish with rabbit and corn meal in a red sauce the corn meal could be mistaken for rice look it up polentaWww@FoodAQ@Com
