Question: Is breakfast the most important meal people keep telling me that but i don't know doest seem like it!.!?
Answers:
It is important!. I feel healthier when I eat it, though I'm also not a big fan and am just not very hungry in the morning!. So I have something, but nothing huge!. Usually:

-1 slice toast spread with cream cheese or butter and a little jam, or
-1 slice of toast with a fried/boiled egg, or
-A small bowl of plain oatmeal with a few almonds and dried cherries, or
-A small bowl of crisp rice cereal with almonds, milk and 2 prunes

I find that limiting my options and eating almost the same things all the time makes it more convenient, and habit forming!. I usually drink a glass of water like 30 mins before I eat, it helps stimulate the hunger I otherwise don't feel!. Especially if you're trying to lose weight, it's very important to have breakfast!. You want the real answer!? No!. It is not the most important meal!. All meals are important!. Don't get me wrong, breakfast is very important!. The reason people say breakfast is most important is because this is the one which people skip or ignore!. Whatever thing we don't do enough, that thing becomes "the most important", even though it is not factually most important!. It is more of a policy most important, if you will!.

This is the same reason why many people say cholesterol is bad for you!. Cholesterol is not really bad!. We need cholesterol!. The only reason people say that is because most people have too much of it!. So, cholesterol is not factually bad!. It is bad from a public policy slogan point of view!.

Why do you also think people say exercise is important!? That is only because most people lack exercise!. If we live in a society, where people over-exercise and breaking their joints and bones, then we will have the opposite saying like "exercise is bad for you"

If we live in an alternative universe where everyone eat breakfast and skip dinner, we will have a different saying!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day because you are 'breaking your fast'!. You sleep through the night for at least 8 hours or more so you need to give your hungry body fuel to continue!.

Have at least one serving of protein, one or more serving of dairy product and two servings of grain product!. E!.g!. A glass of milk with two slices of whole wheat bread and an egg in between!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
