Is bulgarian feta cheese supposed to smell sort of like alcohol?!

well i wouldnt say alcohol but it does have a smell on it!. if you smell parmegan chesse it has a smell on it all the chesses have their own smell but feta chesse has a depper smell since it sits on that salty water thingy for a long time !. but is a good chese for dressings , crumbel it and throw on salad its great on a lot of recepiesWww@FoodAQ@Com
