Well, there is the generic answer that you should eat when you are hungry!. However, it won't work for you if you're overweight, you need to feel a little hungry if you're going to lose!. I don't think it matters when you eat, but I think it is good to eat at around the same time every day!. well it depends on ur lifestyle most people should eat about 2000 cals!. a day u should eat a variety of food not too many fruit cuz the natural sugar isnt good to have all the time again ur lifestyle what time you eat doesnt have to b exact dont sttress urself so u starve then pig out at certain times eat when ur hungry bed time snacks arent that good because they make you stay up later most of the time however they are okay in moderation food u should eat are meats n protein fruits n veggies but i prefer v8 and carbs but carbs are what make ppl gain weight not actual grams of fat and fat and sugar are ok tooWww@FoodAQ@Com
