Why is cheese nasty on chinese food?!
I don't know why,but it is just nasty!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's not in their diet, thus the foods do not work well with cheese!. This is also why many Chinese people are lactose intolerant!. The only Asian food I've had with cheese is the Indian dish--paneer, but that is much different than the foods in China, Southeast Asia, etc!.

Because they don't use cheese in China, never developed it, not part of the culture, so the cuisine doesn't support it!. I just met a student from China at a family get together over the holidays and he was specific about not wanting cheese on anything!. One of my brothers grilled him about it and I had to explain that to him, cheese is just rotten milk, pretty repellent stuff!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Ok, I am quite sure it would taste awful on sauce based dishes, but on fried rice or noodles like lo mein I'm not sure!. I think that on these drier foods it may be fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
all the greese in it, doesn't pair well with the fat in the cheese i guess!. ewWww@FoodAQ@Com
