Anyone have a good chinese fried rice recipe?!
I've tried a few times, but it never comes out tasting anything like from the store!.

I'm a Chinese and I cook fried rice often!.
First boil raw rice in water until it's ready to eat!. Then mix 1 or 2 eggs in a bowl, add some salt, and fry them in a pan with cooking oil!. The eggs should be cooked into small pieces!. Put into the pan some green peas, very small pieces of meat and salt, and fry them with oil!. Finally fry the already cooked rice in the pan, of course with salt, a lot of oil, a small amount of suger!. Mix eggs, peas, meat and rice in the pan and the fried rice is done!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
