Where can I find this and what is it called?!

Question: Where can I find this and what is it called!?
I used to eat these leaves when I was a kid that grew out of the ground, not off of a vine!. The name I knew for it was Hungarian and pronounced as "Shoshka"!. It was similar to raw spinach!.

I want to find some of this (preferably to grow my own plant but even if I can find it in any kind of grocery store is better than nothing) so if you know absolutely anything about it, post away :D!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
My dictionary says it's called Sorrel in English (Rumex scutatus, Rumex Acetosa, Rumex Acetosella in Latin, idk the difference between them though)
http://en!.wikipedia!.org/wiki/Sorrel
Don't confuse it with wood sorrels (genus Oxalis) as the latter is acidic, and even though the Jamaican Sorrel have the same name, they aren't really related!.

Truthfully, even though I've only seen it here in Hungary, there are a vast number of Salad recipes to cook it on the Internet!. We used to do it mainly for the so called F?zelék (vegetable dish, Legume) and eat it with Pork Cutlets

As to where to buy some Sorrel seeds!? Well if I were you I would first try it in my local Gardening store first, as they should be capable of ordering it, but here is a few store whom are selling it!.
Try that first, it's great:

http://www!.mvseeds!.com/cgi-bin/MyStore/m!.!.!. (Leaf only, but write them an email if they might be able to send you some seeds)

PS: It is worth noting that among children and kids probably that's like one of the most disliked plant in my whole country (among with it's counterpart Spinach) :)

Edit: The reason you won't find Shpenote is that, it's Spinach in Hungarian, but correctly you write it as Spenót!. However Sóska is not (!) Spenót/Spinache!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
