It's called "nashi pear", "apple pear" , "Asian apple pear" or "Asian pear" Color should be yellow w/ spreckles on the skin, round in shape!. The fruit (when purchasing it) should be firm (don't get any if they have any soft spots)!. Great to eat it chilled!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Mutsu apple is a cross between the Golden Delicious and the Indo apple varieties
