In high heat, stir-fry some pork or chicken cut into thin strips, add green onions, garlic, carrots cut into thin stripsand some greens like bok choy!. Season with soy sauce and then add the lo mein!. Toss well and heat thoroughly!. Drizzle with a tablespoon of sesame oil before serving!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
