Answers:
As a former chef who has not only eaten it, I have made a few, and it goes into a sheep's stomach if made properly, it is more then internal organ but oatmeal, ground lamb, some kidney, livers, heart and spices!.

You make it up and if you have not got a stomach it can be done in a cheesecloth bag, wrapped in parchment and foil, and poached in broth, then it is served with the traditional bashed neppes and tatties, (Mashed turnips and potato's), then a sweet dessert with a wee dram of the old heather (scotch)!. No gravy, my scottish grandmother would roll over in her grave to see gravy on haggis, I served it once to a nursing home patient I worked at as a youth before I was a chef from a tin, it looked like grey cat food!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have never had it!. Is it ground up organ meat!? kidney, liver, heart then put in a sausage like casing!?

Anyway is not something I would try!.

Happy Robbie Burns Day to those who celebrate it :o)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hell no,
I wouldn't eat that stuff if I was starving to death!.
( Yes I know whats in it, I'm in the meat business)!.

They sure are!.
Anyone that can eat that stuff has to be tough!.
One of my Scottish friends, loves it!.When he's desperate he'll even buy the Haggis in a can!.
( I'll stick to pizza) lol!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
