Ingredients

? Kg!. chicken
3-4 tomatoes –chopped ( optional)
1 onion chopped
3-4 whole green chilies
? tsp crushed black pepper (Kali Mirch)
? tsp!. salt (according to taste)
3 tbs!. oil
1 tsp garlic (Lehsan) paste
? tsp!. ginger (Adrak) paste

Instructions
Remove skin of tomatoes!.
In a pot add chicken, Garlic (Lehsan), Ginger (Adrak) and salt!. Cover and cook on low heat till the water from the chicken have dried and chicken is half cooked!.
Add oil, tomato, green chili and onion!. Cover and continue cooking!. When the water dries and chicken is tender add the Black peppercorn (Kali Mirch), stir and remove from heat!.
Serve with boiled rice!.

I would make a simple Beef curry!. I will let you decide the quantities!. I will give you a basic recipe
1!. Heat Ghee in a sauce pan!. Cut beef into 1" cubes!. Brown the beef and remove it from pan with slotted spoon!. Set it aside
2!. Add finely chopped onions!. Fry til translucent!.
3!. Add minced Garlic, finely chopped ginger, and finely chopped Serrano!. Fry about two minutes
4!. Add Two Tablespoons of Curry Powder per pound of beef, and some Cayenne pepper and salt!. Fry 30 seconds
5!. Add One Tablespoons of Garam Masala!. Fry 30 seconds!. Add the Beef back!. Fry one minute
6!. Add one Tablespoon of Tomato paste!. Fry about 2 minutes!. Add little bit of water!. Simmer covered till beef is tender!.
