Here's an easy and tasty recipe:

CHINESE BARBECUE SPARE RIBS

2 pounds pork spare ribs

Marinade:

3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons brown bean sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin or oyster sauce
1/4 cup sherry
2 garlic cloves, minced

1!. Trim off any excess fat from the edges, and place the ribs in a shallow pan!.
2!. Mix the marinade ingredients together well, apart from the oil!. Refrigerate the pork in marinade for at least 2 hours!.
3!. Pre-heat oven to 375F!. Remove ribs from the marinade, but reserve the mixture!.
4!. Place ribs on a lightly oiled baking tray/pan, and roast for 25 - 35 minutes!.
5!. Brush with the reserved marinade, then turn and brush the other side!.
6!. Roast for another 30 minutes and cool before serving!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
