Can anyone tell me the origins of Black pudding?!

Question: Can anyone tell me the origins of Black pudding!?
Answers:
Black pudding is one of those foods invented to use up the entire animal!. The blood is mixed with oats or barley and flavorings (herbs, spices, aromatic vegetables) and cooked!. There are forms of black pudding from all over!. Blood sausages are popular in Germany and the French call is boudin noir!. Some are made with grains, most are made with some meat, some are cooked on a griddle like a griddle cake, some are steamed in a cloth bag, but most cultures found ways to use up all of the animal in some manner even if they don't today!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
