How to make ground chicken kabab?!
Can anyone tell me how to make chicken kabab with ground lamb!? i can't get the meat to stick to the skewer!. what should I add to the meat so it becomes like the ground lamb or beef and to get stick to the skewer!? thanks!. this is mostly an iranian dish!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

just like ground beef you have to take out the juice from onion!. it sticks better than beef!. lots of turmeric and add a bit of beef to it too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Instead of using a skewer pat meat into a round meat ball then shape into an oblong-football shape (it helps to oil hands, and lay out some wax paper to work on)!.
1-2 pounds Ground Chicken
1 onion(small for 1 lbs,large for 2 pounds) pureed in blender-liquid consistency
3-4 Tbsp turmeric
salt and pepper
mix and form into oblong football shape- try baking in a shallow pan on broil turning about 4 minutes at a time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

mix the lamb or chicken with a egg and then with bread crumbs or corn meal then add some spice mix it all together a nd slightly fry it put it on the skewer and cook itWww@FoodAQ@Com
