Answers:
I have never heard of an authentic sandwich that was Chinese in origin!. It just is not in their tradition!.

There are sandwiches from other Asian countries such as the Banh Mi from Vietnam that are popular over there - but are relatively recent innovations and take their inspiration from French Cooking!. You can read up more on Banh Mi at: http://en!.wikipedia!.org/wiki/Bánh_mìWww@FoodAQ@Com

A Chinese sandwich!? I don't think so!. Are you making sandwiches because you want to!? Surely you must not have been assigned to!. Sandwiches and not native to the Chinese culture!. You might want to try lettuce wraps or if what you wanted was a recipe you did not have to cook, here is a link for some Chinese salad recipes!.

I am Chinese!. We do not have sandwiches but we have meat bun!. You can buy from any asian supermarket as it is difficult to make!.

Alternatively you can prepare porridge or chinese dumplings (for chinese dumplings you can get from Asian supermarket too!.)

The concept of sandwich is not Chinese!. Therefore, there is no such thing as a Chinese sandwich!. A simple spring roll is easy to make and relatively inexpensice!.
Soak rice paper in water!.
Arrange desired ingrediants in roll!. (cabbage, meat, shrimp, greens, etc)
And you are done!. You can dress it up with a brown peanut sauce if you like!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
