Can someone give me a good recipe for making Pho?!

Pho Ga (Vietnamese Chicken Noodle Soup)
Broth:
3 Large and 2 Small Pieces of Star Anise
1 Medium Peeled Onion
1 Medium Ginger Root
1 Whole Chicken without gizzards
1 T Fish Sauce (Nuoc Mam)
Salt and Sugar To Taste (approximately 1 T each)
Medium Wide Rice Noodles (banh pho)
Garnish:
Chopped Green Onions
Chopped Cilantro
Fresh Thai Basil (thai basil has purple stems, unlike italian basil)
Sliced Fresh Jalapenos
Lime Sliced into 8ths
Fresh mung bean sprouts
Hoisen Sauce
Sriracha Hot Sauce
Fish Sauce (nuoc mam)
Ground Black Pepper
**You can pre-wash chicken by boiling in hot water for 15 minutes before starting any of the steps**
1!. Boil water in a large pot - just enough to cover your whole chicken!. Once boililng, add chicken!. Let boil for 15 minutes before going to the next step!. Lower heat to medium boil!.
2!. In a large tea brewing ball place all pieces of star anise!. Run under for at least a minute to moisten star anise!. Place into pot with chicken!.
3!. On an electric burner or carefully over a covered gas burner set to high roll peeled onion around on burner to char the outside of the onion!. Repeat with ginger!. Lightly rinse the onion!. Slice the ginger root!. Add both onion and star anise to pot with chicken and star anise!.
4!. Skim off any white foam that rises!. Just before the chicken is fully cooked add at least 1 T sugar, 1 T salt, and 1 T fish sauce!. When chicken is tender remove chicken!. And turn off burner!. Cool chicken by place in a large bowl of cold water!.
5!. Cut chicken to be served!. For presentation slice into clean bite sized pieces, separating dark and white meat as well as wings and drumsticks!. Put chicken bones back into pot and boil broth for at least an hour!. Taste and flavor with more salt, sugar, or fish sauce!. Fish sauce adds a salty taste as well as more depth to the broth!. You want a nice balance between sweet and salty with a strong undertone of onions, ginger, anise and chicken!.
6!. Prepare garnish plate by placing rinsed bean sprouts, basil on the stem, sliced jalapenos, and 1/8th lime slices!. Place hoisen, sriracha, fish sauce, and black pepper on the table to be added for taste!. In a bowl mix chopped green onions with chopped cilantro and set aside!.
7!. Follow directions on rice noodle package!. Place into a large soup bowl!. Select desired pieces of chicken and place on top!.
8!. Bring broth to boil!. For a nice, extra garnish boil one green onion white end for every bowl of pho in the broth until very tender and place into each pho bowl!. Stir broth and pour into each bowl until broth is at least one half inch over the noodles!. Top with chopped green onions and cilantro mix!.
9!. When eating pick desired amount of basil off stem and place into pho, mung bean sprouts, jalapenos and squeeze one piece of lime!. Taste and add hoisen for additional sweetness, sriracha for spiciness, black pepper for kick, and fish sauce to balance the sweetness of the hoisen!. Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com
