A recipe for mixed vegetable/ jal farezi desi style with very lass fat?!

Question: A recipe for mixed vegetable/ jal farezi desi style with very lass fat!?
Answers:
The above recipe sounds good!. If you want to trim more fat though use a non-stick wok for the cooking and only 1 tbsp of ghee!. Ghee is pure fat!. It does have health benefits of it's own, but 3 tbsp is a whole lot when you consider it's usually 5g of fat per 1 tsp!. By using 1 tbsp the total added fat is only 15g for the whole dish!. By using 3 tbsp the added fat would be 45g!. also skip the paneer, it typically has 5g of fat per serving!. You can get around that though by making the paneer yourself out of low fat milk!. The texture isn't as nice but you get the protein without the added fat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
