Yes, although, it's certainly not as common (not eaten every single day) as other types of noodles (semolina pasta isn't an everyday food for people, unlike other types of noodles or rice)!. You want proof!? I ate at De Marcos in Shanghai and had macaroni, also ate at babellas in shanghai and had macaroni!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes they do eat!.

In India, bangladesh, srilanka, pakistan they eat meat, fish, whole wheat tortillas, curry with veggies, different types of beans and lentils!.

In China as u know they eat tofu, items made from Soya beans, noodles, rice!.
