Question: How do you make Thai Seafood Eggplant!?

I had this dish at a restaurant a few months back and fell in love but can't find a similar recipe!. It was a japanese eggplant stuffed with a seafood mixture and covered in a dark, sweet sauce!. It was amazing!. Anyone know!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
