Best to check out the organic section of your local grocery store!. Usually that's where the vegetarian and vegan options are located!. You could try meatless "meats" like veggie dogs, riblits, "chicken" etc!. They also have non-dairy pudding, creamers, milks, etc!. I, too, am thinking of making the switch!. By the way, if you live near an IGA they're having some good sales on vegan foods this week (starting tomorrow)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
