Two of my favourite chicken recipes are Chicken Paprikash II and Steve's Chicken Korma on Allrecipes!. I'm not a big red meat eater, but if you want a change from the usual chicken, you should try the recipe City chicken on that same site (this dish is made with pork)!. I recommend reading the my reviews for those dishes as I made some changes to them (while looking at reviews, look for someone name "The Purple Chef")!.
