Mexican food is based on beans, corn, and chiles, and every region has their specialties!.!.!.salsas, soups, coastal towns have lots of fish!.!.!.tropical fruit and parts of the cactus also play a big part!. They pride themselves on their beer and tequila!. Their tortillas are flat pieces of corn masa!.

Spanish food has a very old heritage that blends european tastes with local staples and mediterranean influence!. They pride themselves on their wine!. What they call a tortilla is an omelet usually made with potatoes and onions!.

Two completely different worlds!.
