Adouki or Azouki beans?!
There are a certain Japanese bean called either Adouki or Azouki, does anyone know which it is actually called!? They are small little purple'ish beans!. Thanks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Some cookbooks also spell them "adzuki," possibly to make pronunciation easier, but that seems to have backfired in the spelling department!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
