Cantonese Sweet and Sour Pork recipes from China?!


Question: Cantonese Sweet and Sour Pork recipes from China!?
I just got back from China and have been craving some Cantonese dishes, and this was one of the highlights of the meals!. Anyone have a good recipe for it!? The ones I ate there included pineapple and green peppers, so if anyone has similar recipes, I would be enthralled to hear them!Www@FoodAQ@Com


Answers:
saute 11/2# of cubed pork until brown
mix together
2c pineapple juice
1/3C vinegar
1/3C soy sauce
1/3C dark brown sugar
remove pork from pan!. add
1 onion,sliced-1bell pepper(any color) sliced,2cloves garlic, minced-1/2 fresh pineapple cubed!. saute until crisp tender!. mix 1T cornstarch with 1/3C water,stir into dish and simmer until thickened-serve over rice with egg rolls!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Firstly, handle the meat!. (pork, chicken or fish) Meats must be cubed!. Marinate meats with a dash of wine!. Coat them with beaten egg, and then on corn flour!. Deep fried!.

The sauce!?!?

Please google!. I can't tell you because I don't know how sweet/sour/red/orange you want your sauce to be!. You need to adjust sauce to your liking once you get hold of the sauce recipe!. I'm too lazy to tell you the recipe because it's very simple!. Sauce is simple, very simple!. Don't overcooked your fried meats in the sauce!. Coat them well will do!.
