Most Chinese take outs list which food are hot and spicy on the menu!. If not, then order something Szechuan or Hunan!. Ask if they'll give you some hot chili oil on the side, then you can make it as hot as you want (my Bf does this since he always wants it hotter!)!. My favorite is Hot and Sour Soup!.
